East Solstice Skyshards wrongly credited to character on minimap

On my main character, and my second character... the minimap, and the map completion list on the left of the screen, appear to suggest I have 18/18 Skyshards in Solstice.

Now, as we know, there are 9 Skyshards in Western Solstice... and 9 more in the East.

Now... I have never been to Eastern Solstice. It hasn't opened, and I did not ever go there (either by accident or on purpose) when it was incorrectly possible to do so.

So I have not picked up, or even found, the 9 Eastern Solstice Skyshards.

I do not, for similar and obvious reason, have the Achievement marked off for having all the Eastern Solstice skyshards...

...So why does the minimap list think I have 18/18 instead of 9/18?

And what's going to happen when I actually find them for real, once Eastern Solstice *is* accessible?

Addendum: This has happened on my first two characters on EU, who have both completed every (currently existing) zone and sidequest in the game, and found all the Skyshards.

It has NOT happened on my third character on EU, who has just completed all that currently exists of Solstice, but out of order: this character has not yet completed Necrom or Gold Road, though they have all the Necrom skyshards and the 6 Delve skyshards from West Weald. This character has the correct 9/18 skyshards in the list.

My leading character on NA, similarly having completed all of Solstice but out of chronological order (has so far done everything in the game in chronological order up to the end of Elsweyr + Dragonhold, and has also completed High Isle + Galen and Solstice early: has not done Murkmire, Greymoor + Markarth, Blackwood + Deadlands, Necrom + Gold Road) has the correct 9/18 Skyshards.

So...

If there's anyone else who's wrongly been credited with 18/18 Skyshards in Solstice on any specific character, have you *also* completed ALL of the rest of the game, or at least found all the currently-legal skyshards, on that specific character?

Yep. It appears to simply be a UI error, rather than actually having credit for finding them.

Edit: Not a UI bug. Game registers them as collected.

Maybe it has something to do with the wrong overall counting of skyshards which occurs with this patch.
In the skills-menu it shows now 597 total skyshards though it should be 579.

On my main a had pre patch 570/ 579. That was right. Missing 9 from eastern Solstice.

Now it shows 597/597, which is wrong in more than one way.

And yes, the skyshards on the map in eastern Solstice are shown as credited only on my chars, if all other skyshards in Tamriel are collected. If not, they aren't credited.

I'm pretty sure I have the same issue, but I reported it here because it was the first thread I found:

The affected character also has every skyshard collected (but not skill point, missing some skill points related to zone story quests and alliance ranks).

The catch is: Since the game is registering me as having collected all those skyshards, have I in fact been shorted by 3 skill points? Or did the game mysteriously give me the 3 skill points without my noticing?

I have 3 characters (so far... I haven't checked them all yet) with all the skyshards in other zones and who cannot claim those from Eastern Solstice. All the other characters I checked have not collected all the skyshards but can claim those in Eastern Solstice.

Same for me. When I enter a Skyshard in Eastern Solstice it allready has been used bur that is not true.
