Assasins league Staff style just changed overnight?

Has always been the black hand style staff, suddenly since last night it has changed to look more like the axes in this style. Used this style (what it was until now) for a few years now on outfits across different characters since its one of my favourites.

Just to confirm, did this happen last night? Did you notice this after today's update? Just want to be clear with the team when flagging this.

Would also recommend placing a ticket so this is cataloged, but we will escalate to our teams.

Thanks for responding, i have logged an in-game ticket for this too.
I actually spent a lot of sunday afternoon (27/10/25) making this outfit for this character, and had picked the staff as part of that then. Played later in the night until at least 11pm gmt when i went to bed.
When i got home this afternoon i logged in about 4pm, did some quests and noticed this change as soon as i swapped to my backbar.
Asked in zone chat and my guild chat but only received minor acknowledgement.

I checked, and this is indeed a change that appears to have happened. While I personally like it (I find the new "axe head" staff quite appealing, and if this is fixed I do hope the axe head staff is released with another style soon), I can definitely see how this would be problematic for other users.

PC-NA and PC-EU.

same thing for me, and several other people are reporting it on PC-NA as well.

This bug occured before, I believe. In 2016 shortly before the motif itself was released and only available as a preview to the playerbase at that time:
