Game Crashing since last maintenance

Since the last maintenance shut down, my game crashes without an apparent cause or notice. There is no lag / latency issues; just shuts down.
The error message says the launch failed. (Launch failing in the middle of playing rather than at launching the game confuses me.)

I did set the launcher to Admin mode.
Everything else was cleared before commenting.

Lucifer_Sam✭✭✭You'll need to submit a ticket if you want more help. Then post that ticket number here. The only thing I can suggest is try closing the launcher after the game starts and see what happens.0 -

Thank you for the suggestion. I have tried that but it still crashes with the statement that the launch failed.
I was hoping for an easy fix since I have had no trouble until the last maintenance.0 -

Apologies for the silence, I have just gotten back from my weekend. As mentioned, at this point it would be best to submit a ticket.0 -
ToddIngram✭✭✭I had a lot of issues and did a bunch of traceroutes.
The problem in my case was Akamai. (a service ZOS pays for to keep various online mischief)
If you use a proxy server you can get around Akami and then the problem went away for me.

I understand what you are saying; however, working around a security service seems like a bad idea to me.0
