My USERID was reported, and the name was changed. I'd like this fixed

Hello. I have had a ticket active for many many hours now with no response so I am hoping I can try get some attention and perhaps a response here. My userID for ESO, which I have had since the ESO beta, was reported and I received a warning, and a forced name change for it. I have had this name, and it's my name I use online and have done so for over 20 years. It is not a violation, it is not impersonation, it's me. I am wondering if I can please get some assistance with rectifying this misunderstanding and having the action against my account being removed. I am very distressed about this, and the lack of response and would appreciate some help quickly. Is there a number or a live chat I can get in contact with, because this is the kind of thing that can be resolved in all of 5 minutes im sure with a quick discussion.

    Hello. I finally received a response after several days, and the response was unhelpful, uninformative and quite frankly, unacceptable. How do I go about escalating my ticket to speak to someone who can provide me with actual answers and an explanation? My ticket ID is 250930-000953 - @ZOS_CouchTato @ZOS_Kevin (I was told to also ping ZOS Kevin on this issue for potential assistance)

    The ticket is still active, and you requested escalation so it will likely be escalated once an agent sees the ticket reply.
