We are currently investigating connection issues some players are having on the European PC/Mac megaserver. We will update as new information becomes available.
Has anyone encountered this? I enter the code, and there is nothing at the confirmation stage. I checked with different browsers, different devices, different providers, same thing. Support ticket 250828-001356 waiting on agent more than 7 days.
i have exactly the same problem.
also tried different browsers, turned off firewall and antivirus for no effect, so i guess the issue is either ESO server or filtering content or IP by some of ISP on the route.
i have not opened ticket yet. just retrying in 2..3 days, as i am not in a hurry
In the end, I received a message that the key had been activated on my account by the specialists. The content appeared in the game. If you encounter similar issues, please contact technical support and be patient.
