✭✭✭Werewolf Transformation and its morphs are the primary reason why I started playing ESO at all. It's an alternate playstyle you replace your entire build with when you activate it, and it encourages you to group with other players who do the same. It's a lot of fun in a group and I enjoy the roleplay/power fantasy of the Werewolf skill line, even if it isn't the meta.
More specific to the question in the original post, the preferred morph for damage dealing is Werewolf Berserker.PC/NA — Lone Werewolf, the EP Templar Khajiit Werewolf

✭Vicious death hits harder than most ultimates even if it only procs from one target.
So this free crutch proc should be on the list3 GOs, a Warlord, and bunches of prefects etc-- all classes...I've wasted a lot of time in PVP0 -

✭Elemental Rage - Destruction staffIt is hard to beat the desto staff ult for PVE. It has a high amount of sustained DPS, and when paired with the right build and bloodthirsty trait jewelry, it can really crank out the DPS during execute phase.0 -
