We have. Check out the Bismuth Steambaths. You spawn at the beach infront and you can easily block off the aldmer structures with the sandstone native to solstice (huge slaps,won't need many slots)3 -

I am familiar with that one, but I was thinking of a new property that is just beachfront, and no houses.

✭✭✭✭✭I would have to buy a crowns only house that already has Argonian style huts on it to do that, which is not appealing to me, for Grand Topal, and it has a volcano which I don’t care for, or Fogbreak Lighthouse, which has a lighthouse that wouldn’t fit with a remote, secluded type of setting.
It also doesn’t make sense to me to put it on Moonsugar Meadow.
I would prefer a smaller, houseless property right on the beach in Solstice. It would be ideal if you could buy it with gold too.
