No response from support

I'm not getting response from support for almost a week now.
At first I got repsonse pretty quickly, but after I answered - no responce since thursday.
It's pretty urgent.
And before anyone asks, I did not send several message, only one reply. So I doubt I'm at end of queue.

    From experience customer service response times are woefully poor. As a side note, do not keep putting notes on the ticket as that sends it to the back of the queue. Who designed this process I don't know, but it's almost like a punishment for responding to the ticket.

    I'm experiencing a similar issue. I had an incident of SH with another player (because I left a group). I screenshotted, dated, etc. and was told that there was no violation (despite it being clear in the ZOS TOS) and sent a link to "appeal" which was just a page on how to file a complaint. I responded with the same screenshot and included a screenshot of the TOS as it applied to that incident. It's been "waiting on agent" since. I have never seen this with a SH issue and support before.
