[Looking for addon] Show Health Number on Floating Health Bar

Hi, I want to ask if there is any addon can show the health number / % of health on the floating health bar (the one with the nameplates)? Since it is a common feature of many MMO, I assume someone should've already made an addon for it.

Afaik the nameplates cannot be altered by addons, only their font size could be changed globally in the game. But not the contents.

Doesn't it show % if you enable that in the default vanilla settings? Or does that only apply to the enemy bar, shown below the compass, you mouse over?

the %/full number is a base game setting but it only works for the "targeting" health bar and your own personal hp/stam/mag bars, not nameplate healthbars (there have never been any numbers for nameplate health bars that im aware of)
