✭✭✭Sounds suspiciously like a "social ban". have you done any mass mailing or frequent adverts in chat recently?
"A social ban in ESO can be triggered by an automail/message addon or by something that you don't perceive as inappropriate, if someone else saw that differently and ZOS agreed with them.
