Can prism and savage beast just get changed outright to being something unreltated to ult?

Both skill lines are very dps centric and Dawn's Wrath is desperately in need of more dps focused passives while Animal Companions is already one of the least used lines in the game. Heroism is extremely easy to come by and provides even less value in a true dps kit. Give weapon damage, crit, or something else that can make the kits better fitting to their role in the game. Prism and Savage Beast were already kinda weak when they were good and now they're even worse.

Yeah, I'd definitely like that.

Thematically, I think it'd be cool if Savage Beast would buff Bleed Damage or the Hemorrhaging status effect. A more generic buff would be more useful though, especially for subclassing.

Yeah increased bleed damage or chance of bleed or both would be thematically appropriate and very much fit the name of the passive.

For sure. Don’t need heroism really with bear anyways since its a low-cost ult… and warden is overdue for a bleed damage passive somewhere.

Savage Beast could increase your pet damage 2% for every 100 ultimate. 10% increase at 500 ultimate.

Prism could increase your Magic and physical damage 5%

With the Animal Companions ult costing 70 ult that seems kind of counter-intuitive

As long as that passive doesn't require Animal Companions abilities to be slotted. I want to use it in Werewolf form.

Ended up talking myself into increased bleed damage and damage against bleeding enemies earlier while discussing potential fixes and really like the idea. Fits thematically, not too broad of an application to make it broken, and a net new buff to the game. Not needing a companions skill seems fine imo.

Yeah, if we're going to turn a bunch of mini ult gen into minor heroism, I'd much prefer new passives that tie into the theme. Especially on animal companions and prism.

Coincidentally I was thinking about how nice a Bleed Damage/ Hemorrhaging buff would be for Werewolves as well yesterday. I believe none of the existing passives that buff a damage type require having a skill slotted, so I don't see why it should be the case for this hypothetical Savage Beast change.
