ROA should have been changed to affect monsters, not players. We already have dark convergence, which should also not exist in pvp, imo.

I'd be curious to see how this set performs on live. On paper it sounds like an interesting set. I still think the better solution is to put a cap (not like 1 or 2 but something realistic) on sheild stacking/heals but I know that will open as can of worms for out of group heals... PvE.. etc.

MOST of the item sets that I've read have sounded amazing on paper and I'm like yeaaaa this is going to be a good impactful build for PvP! Then its like hitting people with a wet noodle T_T
I agree though that heal stacking is a big issue. Even being able to have 3 vigors on you at the same time is a lot of healing coming in just from that ability alone, let alone when you have 8, 9, 10 of them along side shields, other heals etc. Which honestly I think is what wrecks most sets that we read on paper as being a good combination of stuff. Its kind of hard to deal damage to something that is healing and shielding for more damage than you're even capable of putting out in a perfect scenario. Of course that goes hand in hand saying if you're putting out more damage than it is capable of being healed for then death is inevitable which is also just as bad as what we have now.
