Underweave Conqueror Achievement

I seem to be having a problem with the Underweave boss, All-Seeing Ky’ zuu. I’m not sure if I am doing something wrong or if it’s bugged, but after killing this boss I am not getting credit towards the Underweave Conqueror Achievement. As this screenshot shows the shading changes after I kill it, but the kill is not credited. I have soloed this boss twice, and joined in on the kill once.
