Ensure your LG TV is in "Game Mode" or a similar low-latency picture mode. This mode typically optimizes the TV for gaming by disabling features that can add input lag.
I play ESO on Xbox Series X, and I bought a new LG TV that has HDR (no idea if that is the cause), but there is a delay between the controller reaction and the TV itself. The game reacts half a second later to the input compared to my previous TV, where it reacted instantly. It's really irritating, and I feel like stop playing on Xbox because of it. When I turn my character around, it's like I have no control over it, that the screen keeps turning for half a second and then stop.

Higher resolution images require more time to be generated, so if your TV is high resolution and your game is high frames per second (FPS), then it's going to cause delay between controller inputs and seeing it on the screen.
Reduce the resolution of the TV and/or cap the FPS of the game to something lower, then the delay should go away.
Some TVs also have a "gaming mode", so definitely try that first to see if it fixes the issue.

I followed the suggestion about "game mode" and it worked perfectly. I appreciate the help so damn much.
