What happened to Class Mastery? I had it learned and suddenly, unlearned?

I wanted to see what scripts i was missing on my main and saw i learned them all, except 1. Class Mastery to which I know 100% I learned it before cause I most definitely collected all those scraps from pvp. I went to a vendor at Eyevea though and I do see it there. But I am wondering why was it unlearned on my character? I never even had any notification about it either.

Collecting the 50 scraps unlocks the ability to purchase the Class script from the vendor. It isn't automatically learned just by collecting the scraps. Did you actually buy it the first time after unlocking it? If you're sure you purchased it, did you consume it from your inventory?1 -

I know I had it unlocked though cause I kept looking at it whenever i'd go to scribe my skills, even know i know what the skill does for sorcs, I would just keep reading it. So I know for sure I had it unlocked. I also know the script along with others would become available to purchase too. When I went to go back to see if it'd be there to buy, it was but it was the only one of those I hadn't learned somehow.
I'm just wondering how it had become unlearned cause I am 100% certain, i read the script given it is my main0 -
