I see it on a lot of websites but says??? Is it coming in Update 46? Seems odd nothing gives Major Mangle...

✭If it followed the same numbers as other major/minor effects, major mangle would cut a player's health by 20% for practically free. It can be purged, but you'll probably be dead or near death by the time you do so. That's probably why it hasn't been added to the game.2 -
