Raised this issue at the beginning of PTS, having only two slots and only character-wide with variety that subclassing will bring is gonna feel bad

Because they paid for the slot and will not be able to receive the free one.
If you don't compensate them you are punishing them for their purchase.
Is the same argument we have for eso+ free trials.
The corresponding amount of time should be added to eso+ players that paid the service in the period it was released for free otherwise you are punishinèg your client for purchasing tings.
Whoever managed to buy ALL slots for one character (what's the limit anyway) is whaling already
Why is the title "if" subclassing goes live? It IS going Live... time to plan for it. And NO, ZOS isn't going to give away any more free armories- they are in the business to MAKE money, not give it away. They already give us two free armories as it is, if you want more, than support the game by buying them. I have at least five on all 18 of my characters, and will be upping my new main to ten before launch... and I also agree that they should increase the limit above ten, like the person above suggested.

Yes it going live is guaranteed since ZOS already sold the chapter. To remove subclassing at this point ZOS would need to refound the chapter to all people that purchased it... wich is extremly improbable.
This said in wich form subclassing will go live is still in discussion. Personally i would limit subclassing to only 1 skill line instead of 2.
I'll never support a decision to make character-wide slots for such a whooping 1500 crowns each when I'm actively playing the game with 9 characters, that's insane. This is not something to supportif you want more, than support the game by buying them.
They made a lot of things more accessible to the common player. It's not unreasonable thing to ask.And NO, ZOS isn't going to give away any more free armories- they are in the business to MAKE money, not give it away
Most of players aren't whales, even if we don't mind spending money on the game, nothing wrong with asking to have a more reasonable way for thisI have at least five on all 18 of my characters,
