Where’s the pouches? Crime Doesn’t Pay

I got one from a thieves' trove, all it had was yet another counterfeit pardon edict, and an owl curio (green).

I'm not sure why this is an event at all to be honest. It is a few new time-limited furnishings and a consumable (buried within layers of RNG) which could have been added to Heists, Sacraments, and/or dailies as much needed evergreen rewards that could have revitalized ancient content that was never expanded upon since its release.

I just don't understand the direction anymore. We had Thieve's Guild/Dark Brotherhood events in the past that felt more meaningful.

Did you get the Single Coin twice and got one from another source than the boxes or did you just list it twice? If it was another source, do you remember where you got it from?

For the droprate I would guess, that nobody was trying to get the pouches for the treasures, edicts, monk disguise or potions. At least for me and my boyfriend they don't feel like a reward at all, since we have more than enough of them that we're not using and treasures in any reward box just fill up the inventory faster.
So maybe the droprate of the pouches could have been lower, but with a guaranteed furnishing inside? Or either the boxes should have dropped more often or the chance for a furnishing inside should have been higher than it was.

My boyfriend didn't get a single furnishing from them and we farmed a lot over several days and he got probably around the same amount of pouches as me.
Considering that I think I was pretty lucky with my drops. It is disappointing though, that the new furnishings were only available for a limited time, so hard to get and can't really be bought from guild traders either since they didn't drop enough for people to sell them.
And seriously I get 14 furnishings overall and my boyfriend 0? Whatever RNG they use, that does seem unfair for me.

Overall I got 120 pouches, most of them from pickpocketing with a few from lockboxes, dailies or 'marked for death' quests.
I got 53 with only treasures inside, from the others I got:
18x leniency edicts
9x counterfeit edicts
9x 5 Roguish Stealth Draught
5x 5 Roguish Escape Draught
4x monk disguise

from the new items:
8x Tips for Ledgerdemain
3x Coin, Single
2x Crime Notice, Large
2x Crime Notice, Small
1x Coin Pile, Small

and older furnishings:
1x Glasblowing Shears, Metal
1x Telvanni Knife, Bread
1x Smoked Cheese Wheel, Wax
1x Bounty Sheet: Argonian Male
1x Bounty Sheet: Orc Male

I gave up after doing a round of dailies and getting 1 coin pile and the rest were green treasure. Really? I wasted my precious time for green treasures? And these little stacks of coin are my favorite furnishing. I use them in all my builds, And to have to spend hours and maybe not get more than one? No thanks. I figured I would just buy them but seeing the prices, I think I'll just keep using the older ones.
