I wish and hope that this will appear someday:
I would like the polymorph of "Vampire Lord (Vampire Ultimate)" or "Blood Knight (Greymoor)".
Thanks

I think these would be really cool as Skill Styles for the Blood Scion skill. Would be nice to look like a Vampire Lord or a Blood Knight rather than a Blood Scion when transforming with the Vampire Ultimate ability.

Yes, I wouldnt care which of them, as long as its something along those lines.
Its possible, you can see that other polymorphs are much more complex, and they still appear.

Blood Knight in particular would be wonderful.
And maybe a way to change the werewolf transformation in other forms after all in the lore we have many different kinds of beasts.

I wish for a return of old events items too.

I need a werebear skill style in the worst way.

Skill Styling is honestly a great way for them to customize (and monetize!) the game. I don’t know why they’re not just going full-tilt with the possibilities so far.

But yes, we had playable wereboars in Daggerfall (which were stronger than wolves!) and the werebear enemies in Skyrim’s DLC (and I totally got the mod that replaces your playable wolf form with the bear and it’s *glorious*). Both would be natural ideas for the werewolf Skill Style. They wouldn’t look too out of place with the existing animations, and they could charge quite a bit for just redoing the model (and even more if they change the sound effects).

I know I’d drop like 5k Crowns easy if my werebear character could finally be a werebear.

I'd easily drop 5k Crowns for any kind of Werewolf Transformation Skill Style, even if it's just a retexture to change the fur color. Werewolves literally have no form of customization while transformed, and the transformation can last as long as the user likes...

I don't know why ZOS hasn't monetized this yet. People like you or me would want to buy Werewolf Transformation Skill Styles, but maybe Werewolf Transformation itself isn't used by enough people to justify spending the development resources to make Skill Styles for it? That's just a guess — Werewolf is far from the meta in PvE and PvP, and it may simply be undesirable for most other players.

Didn’t Morrowind’s Blood Moon DLC have werebears too?

Nope. They weren’t a thing* until Dragonborn.

*in lorebooks though, yes. Even as far back as Daggerfall, werebears (and other lycanthropes like werecrocodiles, werelions, werevultures, and weresharks) were mentioned in the book “On Lycanthropy,” but only by mention. The author of said book did spend longer on werebears than the others, which were mentioned only a single time. Still, only wereboars and werewolves were playable at that point.

Anyway, Bloodmoon was the first playable werewolves in Morrowind, but only wolves. The Skaal did have wolf and bear creature summons (that was also the first wolf and bear summons in Morrowind since that game stuck more to the more alien Morrowind creatures), but no weres other than the wolves.
(Funny enough, my werebear character is a Skaal, so that ties into his lore as well. He’s a Warden in human form, but part of his lore is that he did spend almost a year going feral so he is more animal than man at this point. His brother is also one of my characters - a Skaal shaman who is as smart as my werebear is dumb, but he ends up getting cursed by one of Mora’s Black Books so he’s my Arcanist. His endgame actually involves him accepting a werewolf curse so he can 1) be there for his little brother and 2) tell Mora to stuff it and spend eternity in a realm other than Apocrypha. May not be what he wanted since he has to essentially put himself in exile from his people, but at least he’s got his brother)

I’m actually shocked they haven’t given werewolf colors yet. That seems like a natural fit, especially since literally the first skill style (even before they were called skill styles) was swapping the color of the Warden bear… and we’re getting another bear color at an unspecified time after the next patch.

I will say though that, as much as I’m perfectly okay with microtransactions and purchasable cosmetics in this game, they should not monetize the three original wolf colors (black, white, grey). Those are all three in game just tied to a morph, so they 100% should just be made free skill styles so you can take those colors.

Now other colors? Sure. Charge money seems good. I think the red flappy was 2500? Maybe a bit steep for just a recolor, but if I wanted a recolor I could try to argue it with myself.

Now if they came out and made a whole new model for the werewolf and said “here’s something that looks like a brown werebear! Sure you still leap like a wolf with that one attack, but we did give him new sounds so it’s a bear roar when he uses his howl! 5k Crowns please because we did more work than just a recolor!” I would throw open my wallet and then spend the next three days just running around as a bear in excitement.

(I can kinda see why my werebear in his personal lore did exactly that, because I’d do it too lol)

You know they did not give us wings in the first place for a reason, whatever that reason is I have no idea, probably has to do with the animations needing to be different if you had wings, the same with the Quasigriff mount being a wingless gryphon, a blood knight polymorph I could see but a Vampire Lord polymorph would be unlikely, not to mention Vampire Lords are massive, you will feel like the runt of the litter if we got a VL form but it was half the size of NPC VLs, than again we have seen ZOS adding the Mammoth mount over on the PTS so they seem to be willing to make things larger than they were before.

Not sure why you want to be a Blood Knight though, they are inferior to Blood Scions.

If they start making Werebear appearances for Werewolf Transformation via Skill Styling, then they've got to release some other colors of Werebears, too.

For instance, brown Werebears, white Werebears, black Werebears, and so on. All of those could be different Skill Styles for Werewolf Transformation — all they need to do is make the Werebear model and SFX, then they can charge more for texture swaps of that particular model.

Oh yeah. Not playable, but they were awesome.

At least, not playable without a mod. I totally got the mod that swapped the werewolf with the werebear, and it’s glorious

My second character is totally suppsoed to be a werebear - he’s an absolute unit of a Nord and I totally want to see him just go full bear mode.
