Blood Altar Skill Style Idea

i just thought of a COOL AS HELL idea for this based on my last idea for blood mist being to make that be you moving forward in a wave before than a swell of swirling water forms beneath you with this idea would see blood altar become a water geyser that than creates a very thin layer of water all across its radius.... honestly just LOVE the sea and this sea theming concept and i NEED to see it.
