    really happy we can put Dawnwood pods in our homes, now we just need a Dawnwood home to put them in the right environment.

    also awesome that Lep Seclusa's achievement furniture is a Redguard Boat.

    Nice new things, thank you for uploading! And at least one "window" to look through.
    But I still wonder why they are so stingy with roofs? I was hoping that with Update 45 we might get a thatched roof or finally some other roof shingles. The Necrom roof shingles are nice, but small and the color doesn't match all the turrets that are available. *sighs*

    There is a significant bump in quality of these newer furnishings, in all categories. Congratulations to the teams involved!
    I am following the housing game since the beginning, and it seems this year is the most promising at least for housing.

    I am glad to see so many versatile structural furnishings, also quite large, which can be used to build large projects, or can save a lot of slots. I am also a big fan of structural furnishings with openings, like gratings or openings. Can't wait for walls that have a round opening. I hope the team has plans to revisit the old styles with the retexturing process. Many people wish for the Summerset delicate structural furnishings. I am hoping to see Dwemer (dark themed) structural furnishings.

    I totally love the jubilee themed furnishings. You can see that most of them are not retextures, but new creations. Great news!

    Finally getting a few structures for wood elves. A bit annoyed the only pod we get is a dawnwood one and not a whole one with a roof. But is something and will finally be able to work more on a wood elf house idea.
