I have a question about a passive skill in the vampire tree.
I am vampire level 1 and I just got down to 1% health and the passive "undeath" still showed 15%, even though it says that it only becomes active at vampire level 3.
Does anyone know if it still counts with vampire level 1 or is it just a display bug?

The tooltip shows you what bonus that passive would give you at that health percentage if you were Stage 3 or higher. You could use that displayed value to test what bonus you'd receive at certain Health thresholds before you commit to being Stage 3 or higher, for instance.PC/NA — Lone Werewolf, the Templar Khajiit Werewolf
