Impossible to buy a new subscription for ESO Plus

My ESO Plus subscription is about to finish, so I purchased a new one, a 180 days one. As soon as I completed my purchase I received a letter "Thank you for your 180 days Eso Plus purchase". BUT: no euros were charged on my credit card, no Eso Plus was bought. I contacted the support, but they are taking time to answer, and they are suggesting me to wait 72 hours, but it's been more than 72 hours. So I went to try another purchase... and I saw that from the beginning... the purchase is 0,00 euro charged. There is nothing that I can do to change that: it's simply impossible to purchase. Does someone know something about this ?

you can switch your autorenew period from 3 months to 1 month during an active sub, and it still process it as a 0 cost transaction so theres still a record of it
the actual charge doesnt happen until your current sub expiresplays PC/NA

i have my main house (grand topal hideaway) listed in the housing tours, it has multiple target dummies, scribing altar, and grandmaster stations (fully filled out with current game), as well as almost every antiquity furnishing on display to preview them
in progress: acquiring mundus stones (currently only have the thief)
