My ESO Plus subscription is about to finish, so I purchased a new one, a 180 days one. As soon as I completed my purchase I received a letter "Thank you for your 180 days Eso Plus purchase". BUT: no euros were charged on my credit card, no Eso Plus was bought. I contacted the support, but they are taking time to answer, and they are suggesting me to wait 72 hours, but it's been more than 72 hours. So I went to try another purchase... and I saw that from the beginning... the purchase is 0,00 euro charged. There is nothing that I can do to change that: it's simply impossible to purchase. Does someone know something about this ?
