    ZOS also kind of encourages hoarding furniture because of how the luxury furniture vendor works... it takes a LOOOONNNNG time for that "item you missed" to come back around again.

    Most of the furnishings in the Lux vendor are things I would never use in a build. The few items that I use regularly (the Imperial curtains, the Mammoth and Bear figurines that I put in all my houses, some statues) I stock up on when they are available, but that's about it.

    Also, I keep all my furnishings in my bank, and sell items I do not end up using.

    I had to stop looking because I have an affinity for anything with a skull on it... :*

    Luckily I don't like the gruesome items, and they sell a lot of those.

    They might not be able to give us more slots for technical issues, but a few other things could help:

    -Increasing the limits of non-notable houses
    -Releasing more medium-sized homes
    -Making more 'compund' furniture, for eg.,: tables with plates sets already on them, desks with papers and clutter, or vanity stands with bottles and trinkets, kitchen counters with food ingredients, and so on.

    This is a big one actually that would improve decorating in general. It's crazy to think that New World has some better furnishing options because they actually have proper clutter decor in that game vs in ESO I have to use 10 slots just to decorate a desk properly.

    The St Delyn Penthouse has almost enough slots to replicate the loadscreen/concept art... I counted 38 items in the artwork, and with ESO+, you have 30.

    It's actually pretty easy to decorate the space and not have it look too sparse, IMO:

    A few more slots are always nice, but I think there are lots of houses that don't really need them.

    I agree, I was able to decorate quite nicely in that space. The limit for that small apartment is much more lenient than others. You have to choose larger items to maximize the impact. If you think that’s bad, you should try the inn room in Vulkhel Guard.

    I’ll grab a screenshot of my room in Vivec City later if I think of it, but it is similar to this one, except Telvanni style.

    This would be a huge mistake because we would end up with houses packed completely full of hoarded furnishings. Not good for performance.

    My houses are packed with hoarded furnishings right now.

    The last thing we need is to double that... or triple that... or worse.

    Wait, how? I cannot put even 20 books there, how did you manage to put bookcases? Are books in bookcases are merged so they are actually one 3D model? Because; I can not see the other way. Also; I am 100% sure you have ESO+.

    Venerated ones;

    Condemned ones;

    The books in that bookcase are part of it. You can look at the picture of that furnishing here:
    https://en.uesp.net/wiki/File:ON-furnishing-Hlaalu_Bookcase,_Orderly.jpg

    If you do not have ESO+ it will be harder to decorate since you only will have 15 traditional furnishings to place. So, using larger items and more complex items like bookshelves already containing books would be the best course of action.

    Edit: many bookcase have a filled and non filled varieties. You can look at them here:
