Inkwood lead impossible to get - Glyphic Secrets music box

After hundreds of matches this lead will not drop, I get fragments, furnishing tapestries but no lead. Why is this such a difficult thing to get?

i got it on my first purple tribute coffer lol

i havent gotten a 2nd drop of the lead yet though, but thats to be expected with the way the RNG seems to be on 2nd drops lol

I got it after ~20 daily NPC quest purple coffers.

I don't think I got it on my first purple coffer, but I definitely got it by my second coffer on one server and by my third or fourth coffer on the other server.

I got it on the first novice NPC win purse and scried the whole thing. Don't get me wrong though I believe you and I don't think it's just RNG. From what I have seen with others as well as the fact that I can't get another apocryphal well lead to save my life it seems like leads are just borked rn. Take a look at my leads for the music box currently.

Note the 11 codex entries even though I would have had to have scried it 16 times to have all the ones I have. I will tell you I have not gotten more than that one extra lead for the box. It has me marked off as having certain parts that I don't have. It's worth a look if you want to check on yours.

Tales of Tribute currently have 6 items hiding behind it Including the inkbox lead thus making it even more difficult. When I say I have played TOT a hundred times it is not an exaggeration. This is not funny nor is it just bad rng, it's a disgrace to put your players community through this, it's aggravating and stressful. The inkbox is my last lead. I enjoy collecting achievements and feel like I'm progressing through the game but this is just cruel. Perhaps having 6 items hidden behind TOT is a bit excessive. I have also noticed TOT npc are also too competitive making this achievement even more annoying. People want to enjoy the game not have rage issues over it. This needs to be reviewed and rng amended.

I agree and would apply the same to PvP and PvE but they will never listen.

I got my lead after 2 weeks of npc 3 match daliy reward coffer

Greetings sorry for the bump but my friend is trying to get his lead and he is unable to get it.

He became max level, rubedite rank and all that. Even accumulated nearly two thousand pewter dust from reward boxes and still no lead. Is it possible for developers to check that the lead is not bugged?

Tip: you can buy the lead from Filer Ool at the moment for 5000 archival fortunes. Might be worth doing 1 or 2 infinite archive runs instead.

Does anyone know a ball park figure for the drop rate of this lead? Since I started actually recording how many coffers I've opened since 8th September last month, I've opened 529 coffers with no luck. And that's just in a month and half that I've actively been recording.

I've been told by customer support that this is working as intended but I just wanted to check whether others have been having/had the same experience as this has been driving me insane and I find it hard to believe that this is a normal drop rate for a lead. Especially one that takes 10 minutes on average to find and finish a game.

Thanks, that's what I'm trying at the moment with 3 characters a day with the NPC daily and the occasional PVP games (if it doesn't take too long to find one). Do you know roughly how long it took you?

First one took about 2-3 days, second a couple weeks to a month, and third was a couple months or so. (Farmed the codex)
