Would you at least support moving them into their own category, so I can have my character back the way I designed him before ZOS changed how it worked?

In a nutshell... The cranked the "modesty" dial up to 11 on a Redguard outfit and pushed it out to Live. They thought they were fixing it to better match the expected appearance. Players liked the old style better. After that, they instituted a "no change" policy, which is why they won't make a change related to this thread that breaks existing characters. If they keep the policy, that is.
