My current dry spell is 35 consecutive maps without a single lead dropping, which I guess I'm okay with seeing as how it was the straw that broke the camel's back and made me realize that I don't need to play a game that I no longer find fun. ZOS has essentially made the grind so intense, that the game is quite simply no longer fun unless you're a casual that doesn't really care about completion.

Games should be some hard.
But TOO hard means people leave...

My final tally was 48 consecutive maps before finally getting a green lead. That nonsense was just the impetus that I needed to move on from ESO.

- Dig up a treasure map-- find a lead for Ancestral Orc Chests.
- Scry and excavate the lead.
- Dig up another treasure map-- find another lead for Ancestral Orc Chests.

Switch zones, and start getting the same kind of results for Ancestral High Elf Daggers.
Thank goodness my alts still needed to learn those.

Honestly, I never pay attention to leads when they get added to the game. That way, when I do get them I am surprised and happy about it, but I don't have to stress about trying to grind for them.
