Changes to Hardened Ward

ZOS, make pls simple change that heal should scale only from max HP. This will not affect tanks and stamsorcs, but will make magsorcs less tanky.

if you remember changes were made to healing ward, to not apply its heal in burst but instead provide a healing over time that scales with remaining shield size. Maybe hardened deservers same treatment?

That post must be the biggest created in the forums, and it is crazy that the ability is not even touched in all of this time lol, completely op while other classes are in bad shape.
