Achievements broken, completely reset 10 years worth of progress

I am missing just the Anniversary Acheevs. I have the Jubilee cake mementos but I remember the only one I was missing was the first. I had been there day one but left and then came back for One Tamriel.

Now it lists all cakes except 2016 but I cannot be sure I got that.

But missing everything from the Anniversary Events from the last 10 years.

Is there a permanent fix for this issue?
Logging in with different character fixed it when I relogged, but after restarting the game, the delves, bosses and world events reset again.

That resets of markers for wb or delves... I got it earlier this and last year... always thought it was something with the addons and it was always temporary... like for 1 login tops

I think the hot fix for tomorrow is intended to fix this.

Logged in this morning after patch 2.62 yesterday.
All alliance zone achievements I got years ago have now been credited to the logged in character (today's date), and not to the character who originally achieved them years ago.
Not tried any other characters, yet.

Also, only been in Klathzgar delve this morning for the Automata endeavor.
The delve quest I completed years ago had been reset, and had to be done again.
