Achievements broken, completely reset 10 years worth of progress

Nope, the issue is still persisting. I disabled ALL addons, logged onto multiple different toons, reloadui and the issue is still happening. I still have 0 achievement progress

My points are still there, but when I logged in I got a few notifications back to back for achievements that I already had (iirc they were achievements for Orsinium and IC that I had gotten years ago), but when I went to check in the achievement page, they weren't listed in the recent achievements space, so I think there might also be a wonky notifications problem.

Also having the achievement issue. Swapped through most of my characters before I even realized it was a problem. PC NA, user ID is the same as this one.

On first log in, at least 3 IC-achievements popped up for me too, that I already hat for a while.
As mentioned by some of the others they're not showing in the recent achievements and my achievement-points seem to be unchanged.

I took a screenshot after I logged in earlier, before doing the dungeons

Then we did the dungeons and I logged off for a while
I logged back onto my main, checked achievement points and everything was ok.
However then I switched toons to my sorcand afterward back onto my main, and now the achievement points are broken too. However they are not completely gone:

This is how it went for me:

1. Logged on after patch on my main and got the notifications for several IC achievements I probably already did before, but only had 170 achievement points in total
2. Deactivated all add-ons and reloaded UI multiple times => no achievements
3. Restarted the whole game and reloaded UI => no achievements
4. Relogged to a different character => all achievements are there
5. Relogged to the first character => all achievements are there again

I got it fixed! I had to log into another character 4 different times to get achievements to work again!

Seems like ui display error, as you aren't getting them anew whilst the count is at zero. I just hope that you're getting credit for ones which are gradual though lol

to quickly answer one of your previous questions: A reload ui (with all addons disabled) did not fix it.

Logging to a different char does fix it though. (The achievements are also still there, after logging back to the original char).

I dont know if somebody mentioned it, but for me it (achievements gone) happens on every first char login after launching the game.

This also finally worked for me. Took swapping through a few toons.

I tried switching to multiple characters, restarting the game, turning my computer on and of, all without succes.

I finally got it fixed when I logged in on my latest created - and lowest level- character. I don't know if that was coincidence, but it's worth a shot if you're still out of luck.

Edit:
Correction, this only fixed the problem for that day. When I logged in again the next day (so on tuesday march 3) my achievements and runestone knowledge were gone again, and the worldbosses and dolmens marked in black on my map. At least, they were until I logged in with that same latest character again.

I've found this to be the issue for me as well. Switching characters does temporarily fix it, but after exiting the game completely and logging back in, the problem returns. Although, as far as problems go on my end, it seems a pretty minor one.

Edit to add: it does this regardless of whether or not I have add-ons enabled.

Same issue.

Achievements show as empty (titles are safe however), uninstalled Minion and removed the addons in the folder, game didn't still show achievements earned, switched to another char and back, achievements returned, quit and restarted game, achievements were once again gone

PC/EU @Vibeborn (Steam version if that matters?)

I got the master historian / scrying achievements that were completed 3 years ago on a different character. They are in recent achievements now and dated today right when I logged in.

I have a million addons, disabled none of them. Logged onto both EU and NA. On logging in I recieved pop ups about a random selection of achievements I already had (sorcerer slayer and a trove scamp on are the two I remember but there were several) but all my achievement points were there, and recent achievements were showing up correctly.

Don't know if it's worth anything, but I am only missing the achievements on my main character. On my other characters (that I bothered to check) I have the achievements I earned there (and even some they didn't earn, but that my main character did)

Just an update here. While we are still investigating, we have checked accounts from those who have shared your UserID. All of your achievements look to be intact on the backend. This seems to be a display issue. You are free to continue earning progress toward achievements without fear of your progress being lost. We are still working to resolve this.

I've tried repairing my game, reinstalling addons, disabling addons, and relogging on multiple characters. I have not been able to see my achievements come back. I've seen new achievement appear, but I have yet to see my old ones come back. If I restart my game, the new achievements will also disappear. I understand this is a user side visual error, just trying to give additional feedback.

i still have my achievements but had re-unlocked someone of them that i already had today via notifications. they still have their old timestamps though

I haven't uploaded the patch so I haven't logged in yet. Before I do, here's my info:

I solely play on PC
I only play on NA server
Have all chapters, including Gold Road since I pre-purchased it when it became available
Used to be ESO+ but unsubbed last year due to some major RL issues
Don't use add-ons; never have, never will

I hope that all of my hard-earned achievements are still on my account when I log in!

Wow, I was going to come onto the forum to ask if the updater could be made to do its work in the background . . . and instead I find ZOS totally broke the game. Guess I won't be launching it again until at least some of the issues with this update are resolved . . . .

I tried changing character, removing all addons, doing world bosses that was gone, fishing at spots i had completed, etc ...

Nothing changed and impossible to get back achievements.

Until everything came back around 2.00 AM.

So just out of curiosity: if it's just a display error, why would the rewards for Kingmaker and Defender of Orsinium in the Crown Store be unclaimable while my achievements were missing? Does the Crown Store not have access to this backend data?
