Inactive account

I just re d/l the game and wanted to play.. when I enter my login info it says the account is inactive.. I go to my account page to activate or look to add eso plus.. but I don't see any options to do so.. How do you actuvate your account?

Nothing is on the right hand side at all.. I had to post help to d/l the game and the g, I talked to said there should be an option to d/l on the right side.. there is nothing on my account info on the right side.. I have tried Chrome..IE and firefox

If you are getting a message that your account is inactive when trying to login, please open a ticket with our customer support team.

I having this issue now, I can log in on the web but not in the game. I summited to customer support, still no respond
