No access code from the game

Hey team,

I probably haven't logged into the game itself since the closed beta years, possibly once during a promotional event in 2015.

I have just installed the game yesterday and I can log into the website and this forum, but not the actual game. I do not get any access code from the game.

- I have changed the passwords and I got the website/forum codes
- I have changed emails and I got the website code
- I have waited hours and hours, but no code in the game
- I get asked for a code when I log into the website and that arrives instantly.

1. Not a Steam game
2. I do get emails from the "noreply" address as stated above. Just no emails from the game
3. I take my website ESO account details are the same as my actual game account? (The only thing I can think of that might differ)
4. Not in spam
5. Have waited hours with the game open on the access code count-down screen
6. Changed emails which didn't make a difference

Any ideas as to how I can log in?

    Hey Epic had the same issue over the last two days, there is a link in my bug report that you could use to troubleshoot too. I did finally get in tonight after changing my email three times with no result was thinking of redownloading the game but decided to change my CHARID and My Email, and that did it for me. Got immediately in after I did it and no problems.

    No idea why that worked but it did. GL!

    Thanks for the suggestion.

    I tried changing my UserID, Password and Email, but still no code from the game. Seems it is all up to the ESO support team at this stage.
