still cant delete mail

i have disabled all addons, ive had friends send me mail to see if that would help (you never know with eso lol) ive un checked the auto delete, i just cant get rid of the player mail and system alerts mail and they are starting to get rather full lol @ZOS_Kevin

belial5221_ESO✭✭✭✭✭Did you turn Off addons,or jsut unmark everything?Cause I turned off addons,closed eso completely,then reopened eso,logged in and deleted items fine.Then turned on addons,relogged in,and everything works fine now.0

every single addon was off, i even closed the game and repaired just to see if that would work0 -
