Worried about support ticket #240601-003613
I wanted to enable crown gifting on my account and prepare for buying the gold road chapter. When I tried to access my account a few days ago the website required an access code (as I had updated my computer since last account visit) but I never got the e mail with the code. I tried several times from different browsers etc. I received access codes and mail without problem in the past. I also play eso every day without problem.
Today support informed me that they sent a password reset mail which I also did not receive.
Now I am worried that the mail connected to my account has somehow been changed (although nobody beside me has access to my computer). And I worry very much that if this is the case that person could use the password reset to take over my account.
Please help!
