Can't login neither via Launcher except with VPN, nor via Steam both with and without VPN

Ok ZOS I've been discussing this for about a month with Support and yesterday it went worse than in the beginning. So maybe going to forum would help?

So, I've decided to return to the game after like a six month absence. I have two accounts merged into one, firstly I've bought a key for the Launcher and then bought accounts with new chapters in Steam and specified my existing ESO account when laucnhing them. Due to this I could play both via Launcher and via Steam, whichever I prefer.

Having returned to the game a month ago, I've downloaded the game from Steam as always, it worked via Steam but when I tried to login via Launcher I've got an "Access Code" window but no Email never came. I've tried changing Email and password, triggered ports both on PC and router etc. but nothing helped. So I've made a ticket [240501-002508] and for about a month the Support was trying to help me, changing emails and sending links for forced changing of the password, but it did not help too, the situation was the same - I couldn't login via Launcher but could via Steam.

Further is proof of my correspondence with the Support.

Yesterday the situation changed. The Support changed my Email for the one I specified and after still insuccessive attempts to login via Launcher I've decided to try VPN and it did work, no "Access Code" message and successful login, BUT only with VPN, and now I can not login via Steam at all, it does not even start the Launcher neither with nor without VPN, like it has been unlinked or something. My mistake that I did not try VPN earlier, so I can not say could it work with VPN back then or not, but anyway the problem became worse.

Moreover, that ticket [240501-002508] has suddenly disappeared from "My Support" as it was never been there, even though much older tickets are present. I've made a new ticket [240527-001049] describing all this but I would like to speed things up a bit.

So my question is can ZOS actually help me here or I'll just spend couple more months being in touch and then the game will stop logging-in even with VPN? :/

The only thing I could do from my side is try to change my router IP address but my ISP can not force-change it, they say I have to shutdown my router for a night and then maybe the system will assign new IP.

    Thanks Bill, but the ticket that disappeared was the ticket # [240501-002508] dated 1 May 2024, not this new one #240527-001049.

    Btw my ISP has changed my IP but nothing changed.
    I can login to the site but no login to the game via Launcher and not even an attempt of login via Steam, after pressing "Play" it just blinks and nothing launches at all, it looks like as my Steam account is unlinked because before the last contact with Support on 26 May after which my previous ticket [240501-002508] on that matter was deleted I could login via Steam without VPN.
    If you really wish to help me please read that ticket too.

    And yes, after an IP change the access code request for site login has come no problem, as all the mails regarding change of email, password and ticket progress. But not a login access code.

    Nice to know, but my Support section does not show it, may be it's a sign of a gross error due to which the game also stopped launching via Steam

    Also this proceeding looks like we are on a dead loop and nobody is actually reading the history of a problem.

    Reinstalled the game in Steam, still nothing, just click play and even no launcher pops up.
    Why have you broken my game and deleted the ticket ZOS? Return my Steam at least you thieves!

    I've bought Gold Road deluxe update to my Steam and it is not shown in my account on elderscrollsonline site so someone has definitely unlinked my Steam from the game account and the game still does not launch via Steam. I demand to link my Steam back as it was before 26th May when it stopped launching the game.

    As a matter of fact the super team to which my issue was escalated yesterday after A MONTH of useless correspondence and stealing my Steam link AND the ticket is still silent.
    And it says in the mail that after 4 days of MY non-reaction the issue will be considered resolved.
    So I am officially announcing that I DO NOT CONSIDER THE ISSUE RESOLVED until I get my Steam link back at least!
