Yes, the lag, rubberbanding, and desynchronization is at an all time high. We were actually getting chat input lag in PC/NA Gray Host, which is a new level of dysfunction. Crashed several times on a good connection, none of my other apps were affected. Getting a lot harder to get back in, too, with the "Lost Lobby Connection," "An Unexpected Error Has Occurred," "Unable To Connect To Server," "Booted From Server," "You Have Been Placed In A Queue," etcetera. And then when able to get back in, am either spawned back at the base away from the ticks, or placed back into PvE to restart the waiting period.
Almost everyone has this issue from day 1. I remember there is brief period game really good and looked very promising.See title. Anyone else having this issue?

Exactly the same thing that's been happening to me. Connection is strong in all other areas, but keep getting booted form Cyro and then having a helluva time logging back in. Even happened this morning (Sunday morning EST) when things were relatively quiet in Cyro (Gray Host NA).
Are the server hamsters coming up on retirement, maybe? Time to bring in the jacked up guinea pigs to take over?
FWIW I have 140 ping (according to the game widget) and do not have any of these issues. PC-NA.
The technical term for it would be "lag machining". Basically, using systems in the game that send events to all nearby players to cause either massive lag in the networking infrastructure or to cause an undue amount of calculation strain on the gameplay server itself. This is technique has been around since the beginning. Some are saying that certain groups are deliberately lag switching to gain an advantage, meaning doing a certain set of actions that is known to cause localized desynchronization. We know for a fact that this happens, as ZOS just recently patched a chat script that was being used to crash people out in Cyrodiil.
