Created the Ticket on May 2nd.
I sent a bunch of screenshots of different things that I knew would probably be needed as proof of my issue, when I first created the Ticket.
Including, what ended up being requested of me to send in yet again on May 9th when a Support Representative finally responded to my ticket.
Which I happily supplied once again within 20 minutes of the contact from the Support Representative.
And I supplied it once again yesterday via Replying to the May 9th Email from Support.
This should have been resolved by now with as many times as I have already supplied the information requested of me.
What gives?
Did they close the ticket (since all it shows is "Waiting on Agent")?
Is it still open and they are working on it?
