DMM merging froze my EU char.

Hello,
I've been waiting for support to help me for over a week but there is no reply from Zenimax.
I want to unlink my account from DMM because it froze my EU character.
I used to play on EU and have lots of hours on my char, when I moved to JP I bought ESO locally hoping I could transfer my account to the JP server.
Not only there was no transfer of character, but on top of thatit, my EU char is now inaccessible because Zenimax doesn't send me an access code after merge, and while using DMM launcher there is no way to log into EU server. Only NA.

So I want to unlink my DMM account or transfer my char to the new account, please.
I feel so betrayed by this garbage deal, Please Zenimax GM help me.

    I hope it can be solved. It hurts to lose my char for no reason, just because someone in the dev team made a stupid decision.
    I played lots of MMOs and this situation is the worst I've ever encountered yet.
    Whether I play 27-year-old tibia I did transfer my chars back and forth or new Final Fantasy xiv I also could do it.
    It's frustrating having to deal with it.
