Some of us purchased the Clan Mother Tadali plushie along with our tickets to collect at the venue during the 10th Anniversary event in Amsterdam, however we were told on site that these were in fact not available and would be shipped to us at a later date.

As it turns out it has been a month and no one (I know) has received any further communication on the subject.

If this is not the right place for this query could you please point me in the right direction?
