I have had an open Ticket for (18 days now) with no applicable response.
I played this game when it first released for quite a while. I just recently returned to it as something fun to do with my wife. I signed us both up for ESO+ and saw that we can purchase crown items as a gift for others.
I decided to take advantage of the current crown sale and bought the large pack of crowns expecting to be able to spend them for both of us. Found out after purchase that I was not allowed to actually use the gift option. Did a bit of reading and found that I needed to request access. With my account being over 10 years old, I didn't see it being a problem and made the request through support.
About 3 days later I got a canned "denied" answer.
Ok, no worries. I responded that I understand, but that I would like them to refund my crown purchase. I also let them know that I just plan on purchasing a smaller number of crowns on both accounts.
After making this request I have now gone 11 days with an open ticket and no response. I am getting fairly frustrated with the lack of response, and each day that I log in to find no response is adding to my frustration.
Is this a normal experience?
