Want to purchase crown store item, but account is locked due to the PTS issues

Hi

I would really love to purchase Kjalnar's Nightmare Arms Pack from the crown store.

Problem is that my account is locked due to the recent PTS issues and crown store item will expire soon. Account has enough crowns for a purchase.

Can someone from support team help with that please?

@ZOS_Bill, since my account is suspended due to the PTS issues I cannot create a support ticket from the website -- login to the website has en error saying "You have been suspended from the site.".
