Can't find the page to submit ticket for account help

I went to update my outdated 10+ year old email address but can't remember the answer to my secret question.

The account recovery form is here

which then links BACK to Bethesda

Any suggestions?

You will need to scroll down to "Continue to Submit Ticket" when at the "What should I do if I forgot my UserID or my password?" page. For your convenience, here is the link to the form just past that.

@ZOS_Phoenix Thanks. I was able to submit a ticket - #240418-000839

FYI Since I haven't forgotten my UserID or password, I never followed that flow in the help docs which is why I couldn't find the "Continue to Submit Ticket" button. I have access to my account and just need to update the email and secret.

To eliminate any confusion, consider placing a "Continue to Submit Ticket" button at the bottom of the Change Secret Question/Answer help page and remove the link to Bethesda's Help site.
