Tried both accounts on EU and NA (I was able to log onto EU last night). While I DID UPDATE MY PTS CLIENT... I had to work so I was never actually able to log onto the PTS.
I'm not actually getting an error code, I don't have the dreaded "you've been banned temporarily" email... My husband can log his accounts into NA on the same internet at our house.
No way to submit a ticket or see if I can log on to the website. Only forums... where my info isn't even the same.
Pretty freaked out right now

ChrystalWind✭✭✭I am having the same issue. I can not log into any of my accounts and it says the same thing. I have double-checked all my typing and still get the same message. Thanks for posting a screen save of the message!
