and account and support servers are down so i dont know if i have been hacked

I have the same message and am freaking out too. On both of my accounts. I never logged onto the PTS though.

Tried both accounts on EU and NA (I was able to log onto EU last night). While I DID UPDATE MY PTS CLIENT... I had to work so I was never actually able to log onto the PTS.

I'm not actually getting an error code, I don't have the dreaded "you've been banned temporarily" email... My husband can log his accounts into NA on the same internet at our house.

No way to submit a ticket or see if I can log on to the website. Only forums... where my info isn't even the same.

Pretty freaked out right now

I am having the same issue. I can not log into any of my accounts and it says the same thing. I have double-checked all my typing and still get the same message. Thanks for posting a screen save of the message!

There is currently an ongoing account and store maintenance that may be leading to these login issues. Please let us know if you still have issues once the maintenance has completed.
