Account locking compensation for my PlayStation EU Account

@ZOS_GinaBruno @ZOS_Kevin I have now read the update in the following thread: https://forums.elderscrollsonline.com/en/discussion/comment/8091825#Comment_8091825 and noticed that there is only compensation being given to PC NA players. I am a PlayStation EU player (PSN ID: Sergen-The-Boss) who has the PC version purchased and linked to my entire ESO account and I decided to use my PC to login to the PTS on Monday in order to explore the zone and now my entire account is banned as per the policy where I am locked out of every realm due to having used my account on the PTS. I am likely unique in this regard because the majority of affected players are PC players who have made all their progress over there but I would like to bring this to your attention that as a console player with thousands of hours played I am hindered from playing on there simply for wanting to use the PTS on the same ESO account that has everything linked to it. I will be severely disappointed if I do not receive any compensation (event tickets and missing seals of endeavour) when I am losing progress on console and do not play on PC NA whatsoever. If it is relevant my ticket reference is #240416-000960 from the email I received about the account locking.
