    I asked if a partial or full Crown refund would be possible for those who bought the mount in September, or if any other kind of courtesy was being considered for those who did. My issue was elevated to the advanced team, and this was the respone:

    As it stands, we are unable to provide a Crown refund for those who already own items from the Daily Login rewards. With that said, I definitely understand your concerns and sincerely appreciate this feedback. I would be happy to pass this along to the appropriate teams for overall review.
