Pre purchase cdkeys not showing Gold Road

I saw this thread https://forums.elderscrollsonline.com/en/discussion/comment/8032057#reply-anchor where customers who bought the deluxe Gold Road upgrade from cdkeys were missing there pre-order items. The game was visible in their account and when relogging into their account the pre order items showed up.
I however have the opposite error, my game doesn't show up, but my pre-order items are visible, I get an error when entering the game code. I contacted cdkeys but thusfar they haven't figured this out.
Anyone else with this problem? I tried different browsers, incognito mode etc. still without luck.
Is it wise to contact Bethesda, since this is an external vendor providing the keys?

Just for clarification, by your game not showing up do you mean you cannot access Gold Road content after redeeming your game codes?
We also have FAQs below to help if you are getting an error that the game code is invalid when attempting to redeem it.
