King Emeric quest

I finished the first quest and zone guide says to talk to King Emeric but the only option he has is goodbye. How do I fix it, I did report it under quests but I don't understand how they gonna contact me with no email box to fill out. Any help is appreciated have a great day.

erdYrrson✭✭✭The prologue quest bug could have hit you.
Look through your quest list, if "The Ravenwatch Inquiry" is there, then it potentially interferes with the zone quest.
Usually aborting that prologue quest does resolve the issue.
