Asylum Staff: bar swap before the second force pulse

Hi, before farm this staff for a specific build, does it proc if :
- i have asylum staff in front bar,
- i cast a first force pulse on my back bar
- then i cast a second force pulse on my front bar ?

it was for a ganker 2 shot build : draugrkin + winterborn (backbar charged) + asilyum (frontbar not charged)
